You are unique, and so is your metabolism. Your metabolic rate test will provide a unique and accurate

What will testing tell me?

How to Prepare

  1. Arrive at your appointment prepared to relax.
  2. Do not exercise prior to the metabolic test.
  3. Do not eat four hour prior to your metabolic test.
  4. Avoid stimulants like caffeine or over-the-counter medications. (Prescription medications should be taken according to schedule.)
